Let the smile shines brightly on An's face

An was born in 2001, and he is the second child in a family with 4 children in Quang Nam province. His parents work as monumental masons with unstable income and workflow, so it's already been difficult to take care of their children to go to school - not to mention An's medical situation as their primary concern for the past 19 years.

An was born with hypospadias, which is a serious disease that can cause infertility in the future if being left untreated. For many years, An's family has taken him to many places and different doctors to examine and operate; Specifically, he has undergone 8 surgeries, not including examination and testing in regional hospitals around the contiguous zone between the Center and the South of Vietnam Hoang My Hospital, 600 beds in Da Nang, to Children's Hospital 2 in Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa Hospital in Nha Trang ... The family tried to borrow for An's medical cost; However, his conditions didn't improve much.

Thanks to the preceding patients, An's family learned about the program of Thien Nhan & Friends Program providing charitable surgeries. So far, An has had 2 surgeries and has been fully aided in the surgery cost. Although An condition greatly improved after the surgeries, he still suffered backache, dizziness, and nervous instability when doing hard work due to poor internal health as well as several blood losses. Meanwhile, An has finished 12th grade as an initial achievement, but his disability and illness may make it difficult for An to get a job, and his parents won't be able to support him for long.

“Now my family only takes care of my health and finds a suitable job for my health conditions so that I can take care for myself in the near future,” said An's mother.
